The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to ApeTail.
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service refers to the ApeTail communication system widget.
Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
Private messages refers to messages generated by users and collected for purpose to maintain the private messaging functionality.
Website refers to ApeTail, accessible from https://fundaria.com/ApeTail
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Right of access: The right to obtain access to Your Personal Information. You have the right to request Us for copies of Your Personal Information.
Right to rectification: The right to obtain rectification of Your Personal Information without undue delay when You believe that Personal Information is inaccurate or incomplete. If we shared Your Personal Information with others, we will tell them about the correction where possible. If You ask us, and where possible and lawful to do so, we will also tell You with whom we shared Your Personal Information so You can contact them directly.
Right to erasure: The right to obtain the erasure of Your Personal Information without undue delay in certain circumstances, such as where the Personal Information is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or processed. If we shared Your data with others, we will tell them about the erasure where possible. If You ask us, and where possible and lawful to do so, we will also tell You with whom we shared Your Personal Information with so You can contact them directly.
Right to restrict processing: The right to obtain restriction of the processing undertaken by us on Your Personal Information in certain circumstances, such as, where the accuracy of the Personal Information is contested by You, for a period of time enabling us to verify the accuracy of that Personal Information. We will tell You before we lift any restriction on processing. If we shared Your Personal Information with others, we will tell them about the restriction where possible. If You ask us, and where possible and lawful to do so, we will also tell You with whom we shared Your Personal Information so You can contact them directly.

Residents of the State of California can request a list of all third-parties to which our App has disclosed certain personal information (as defined by California law) during the preceding year for those third-parties’ direct marketing purposes. For all requests, please ensure you put the statement “Your California Privacy Rights” in the body of your request, as well as your name, street address, city, state, and zip code. In the body of your request, please provide enough information for us to determine if this applies to you. You need to attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for our response. Please note that we will not accept requests via the telephone, mail, or by facsimile, and we are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or that do not have complete information.
We store messages shared in private chats in unencrypted form. Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your private messages if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
We intent to provide encypted private and closed group chats messages according to our roadmap.
